Journal of Law Gender and Religious Court (JLGRC) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of law, gender, and the institution of the religious court, particularly within pluralist and Muslim-majority societies, serving as a scholarly forum where legal scholars, gender studies researchers, judges, practitioners, and policymakers examine how religious judicial systems shape, contest, and reform gendered rights and relations in family law, marriage, divorce, inheritance, and guardianship, with the journal's scope encompassing gender and justice in religious court adjudication, Islamic family law and its intersection with national legal systems, access to justice for women and marginalized groups, comparative studies of religious and civil judicial systems, and legal reform, jurisprudence (fiqh), and judicial policy related to gender; JLGRC publishes original empirical research, doctrinal legal analysis, and critical literature reviews through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, and occasionally publishes commissioned analytical studies on specialized or underexplored themes within the field.

Journal of Law Gender and Religious Court (JLGRC) is published by CV. Letiges Jaringan Akademik, an independent scholarly publisher based in Indonesia. Letiges publishes open-access academic journals.
