This study has a goal to determine whether there is a difference in moral anxiety seen from general and special criminal cases of prisoners facing the period before release. This study uses a quantitative descriptive-comparative approach. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling type with a sample of 186 samples. The data collection technique by distributing questionnaires using a moral anxiety scale that has been tested with validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing using independent sample tests. The results of the study showed a sig. 2-tailed value of 0.143> 0.05 which means that there is no significant difference in the moral anxiety of prisoners viewed from the type of prisoner case facing the period before release. In this study showed that out of 186 research subjects, there were 59 prisoners experiencing moderate moral anxiety with a percentage of 31.7% and 127 prisoners experiencing high moral anxiety with a percentage of 68.3%. The limitations of this study are that there are poor conditions for prisoners and fear that the data will be misused, so that prisoners do not fill out the questionnaire optimally. This finding provides insight for further researchers in designing interventions that support the social reintegration of prisoners more effectively.
2025-02-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Risma Kamalia, Ali Syahidin Mubarok, Naser Aghababaei https://letiges.or.id/index.php/asps/article/view/49 The Dynamics of Loneliness for Recidivist Convicts: a Case Study at Class 1 Penitentiary 2025-02-17T12:48:09+07:00 Khikmatul Maulina khikmatulmaulina@gmail.com Imron Muttaqin khikmatulmaulina@gmail.com
In Indonesia, repeated criminal acts are very fluctuating. Many believe that the occurrence of recidivist prisoners is caused by the failure of guidance and lack of social support. The impacts that occur on recidivist prisoners are that they tend to be socially ostracized by society because they have committed acts that are contrary to the law, religious values, ethics and morals. This causes the prisoners to feel lonely. This study aims to determine the dynamics of loneliness in recidivist prisoners at the Class I Malang Correctional Institution (LAPAS). This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were two recidivist prisoners with drug and theft cases. The data collection technique used was through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of research data used thematic analysis with a Theory Driven approach. The causes of recidivist prisoners committing repeated criminal acts are influenced by several factors such as family factors, economic factors, education factors, and internal individual factors. The results of the study on the dynamics of loneliness in the two subjects had almost different dynamics of loneliness so that the responses conveyed were also different. The dynamics of loneliness in the two subjects were seen from four aspects, namely: despair, impatience, boredom, self-blame, and depression. Both subjects are more dominant in the aspects of despair and depression. This study is expected to provide information and can be an evaluation and improvement of recidivist prisoners about the dynamics of loneliness experienced.
2025-03-02T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Khikmatul Maulina, Imron Muttaqin https://letiges.or.id/index.php/asps/article/view/46 The Effect of Workload and Job Stress on Turnover Intention of Employees 2025-01-31T09:20:57+07:00 Nur Zifani Khoirunnisa nurzifanik@gmail.com
A common phenomenon in the world of work is the desire to leave one's job/organization (turnover intention). Turnover is common if it is still within the ideal scope. However, it turns out that in Indonesia, the percentage of employee turnover always increases every year. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention in PT employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative causal method using 76 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test and to test the hypothesis the researcher uses multiple linear regression tests, namely the T test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that work stress did not have a partial effect on employee turnover intention. Furthermore, workload partially had a significant effect on turnover intention. And finally, workload and work stress simultaneously had a significant effect on employee turnover intention. This study shows the importance of workload management and attention to employee mental health to reduce turnover intention.
2025-03-05T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Nur Zifani Khoirunnisa https://letiges.or.id/index.php/asps/article/view/56 Realize Islamic Education Values Through Behavioral Approach to Students of Islamic Boarding School 2025-02-21T08:32:17+07:00 Muhammad Fakri Nasruddin marcfakri@gmail.com Volkan Duran marcfakri@gmail.com
This study explores the implementation of the Juz Amma memorization curriculum at the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School, Ponorogo, which aims to shape Islamic character and provide a strong moral foundation to students through a deep understanding of the Qur'an. The study used a qualitative descriptive method to analyze changes in students' behavior resulting from their understanding of the reading of the Qur'an, as well as the impact of the behavioral approach in Islamic religious education. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, with data validity tested through the triangulation method. The primary data sources in this study used several students and teachers to obtain the required data. This study shows that the implementation of a behavioral approach based on Islamic values at the boarding school has a significant impact on increasing the discipline, faith, and morals of students. The habituation of religious practices such as reading the Qur'an, wearing uniforms, respecting teachers, and visiting sick friends has proven effective in building a conducive learning environment and supporting the personal growth of students. Structured planning and implementation, as well as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, play an important role in accelerating the memorization of Juz Amma and forming the character of students with noble morals. The success of this program shows that the behavioral approach can be an effective model in Islamic religious education, which is able to instill religious values in the daily lives of students, increase their enthusiasm for learning, and encourage their personal development.
2025-03-06T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Fakri Nasruddin, Volkan Duran
